Each rural building project is unique and here at Calley Homes, our aim is to make the design and build process simple and easy to navigate. Our team has developed in-house systems and uses the latest technologies that will have you feeling well informed and comfortable at every step of your project.
While we do work with clients who have had plans drawn prior to meeting with us, our preference is to work alongside our clients during the design phase so we can advise practical and economical construction methodologies. We feel it is important to understand the project and design philosophy so we can easily meet the expectations of the design brief and project budget.

We’ve found the best way to understand your vision is to meet with you on your property to gain an insight into the project. Company owner Johnny Calley will talk with you and help you to understand the journey you are beginning. No two sites are the same and we need to assess key factors that could impact the design process and project budget.
