Radius Builders is owned and managed by Richard and Michele Fantham, based in Rangiora – North Canterbury.
Richard Fantham, company director and project manager, leads the team at Radius Building.
Richard has Advanced Trade qualifications as a Licensed Carpenter and Licensed Building Site Manager with 20 years building experience in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Richard manages all building projects, providing clients with one point of contact and a comprehensive customer service experience, from the very first meeting, right through to handing over the keys to your home
His background as an Officer in the New Zealand Army provided the perfect career to hone the skills required to lead and motivate a highly disciplined and professional team of builders. His leadership of his platoon of soldiers, his empathy and ability to make quick decisions and solve incredibly difficult challenges has made Richard a businessman who is trusted by his clients and respected by his peers. His natural ability to install pride, determination and team spirit into his crew is what makes Radius Building a successful company that thrives on creating our clients’ dream homes.
Michele Fantham, company director and office manager, attends to contractual, administrative and financial matters at Radius Building Rangiora.
No stranger to a balance sheet, Michele has worked in the banking and insurance industries, including being employed by one of Europe’s leading banks in London. There, she was employed in strategic management and systems development before becoming Executive Assistant to the Head of European Risk Management, a role that required meticulous organisational, administrative and communication skills.
Her love of people and attention to detail is matched by her desire to ensure clients receive the best customer service experience from Radius Building.
