Your new transportable home comes fully finished excluding appliances, curtains, wardrobe fit-outs and the site works (foundations and site connections). You have a range of optional extra cladding and linings you can choose from to suit your tastes.

Building times vary between 6-8 weeks but we will be able to give you an exact date when we finalize our schedule as we work on a first come first serve basis.

For our Northland transportable homes, we supply you with a quote, which includes a layout plan and specifications. Once you’re happy with the quote, you click accept and we prepare the building agreement for you to look over. Our agreement is set up for progress payments as follows:

• 10% deposit

• 10% on building consent being issued

• 20% on subfloor being built

• 20% when roof is on

• 20% when windows are installed

• 20% on practical completion before the house gets delivered

If you’re dealing with Westpac for financing our Northland transportable homes, there are specific agreements in place that states the ownership of any materials is transferred from Able Spaces to you at each progress payments. 

This gives you peace of mind, that should anything happen to Able Spaces, you can come to site and take everything relevant to your build. This is available for all clients.
